We strive to deliver the best products we can, but due the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of most of our products, refunds are not possible for most cases.
Occasionally there may be a situation that requires a refund or return, if there is proof that we (Hexagon Laser) are at fault. We may ask for photographs of any damage, errors, or imperfections in our work.
If we are at fault, our team will work with you to determine the best solution to get you replacement products, or a full or partial refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by from the product shipping date or pickup date, refunds are no longer eligible.
